Terms and Conditions of Use

The user shall be entitled to view and download the information, software programs, method descriptions, pictures, graphs, data sheets and other contents (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). The use of the Products shall be free of charge. The user shall not be entitled to change, modify or alter the Products, unless the right to do so is expressly stipulated in the Product. The right to use the Products requires the prior acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Copyright

The user is aware of the fact that the downloaded Products may be protected by copyright.
Exclusion of Warranty

The Products shall be made available to the user free of charge and without any warranty. Rohde & Schwarz shall in particular not give any warranty for the Products being correct and complete or suitable for a specific purpose. In addition, Rohde & Schwarz shall not warrant the Products to be free from third-party rights.
Liability

The use of the Products shall be at the user's own risk. Rohde & Schwarz shall in particular not be liable for any damage, especially loss of profit, loss of data, loss of production or any other consequential or indirect damage.

Liability shall not be excluded in cases of intent by Rohde & Schwarz or where liability is prescribed by law.
Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN conflict of laws rules. The competent courts of Munich shall have jurisdiction in so far as permitted by law.
